Drop-off & Pick-up of Cadets - East Shore Community Centre

Due to the large volume of cars picking-up and dropping-off cadets on Wed nights and the fact that we share the community centre with other groups, we would ask parents to respect the following simple Dos and Don'ts when dropping off or picking up cadets:
Do Not: Stop in front of the back entry doors to the community centre. This poses a hazard to other people entering the building and creates a backlog of cars getting into the parking lot.
Do Not: Park or stop in the handicapped spots. These spots are reserved for members of the Seniors Club and they must be made accessible to them at all times.
Do: Drive to the back of the parking lot or to an available parking spot.
Do: Drive slowly and cautiously in the parking lot, as there are often seniors and other pedestrians walking in the lot.
Your cooperation in following these rules is much appreciated and will assist the Squadron in maintaining a good relationship with the City of Pickering and our co-tenants.
