The Officers and Civilian Staff of 856 Squadron are responsible to administer, train, and equip the more than 110 cadets of 856 Squadron. The officers are members of the Royal Canadian Air Force Reserve, and are specially trained in youth and youth issues. The officers are supported by a dedicated group of civilian staff.
